Docklands, Canary Wharf, Isle of Dogs

On 11th July 2017, students visited the Isle of Dogs to collect primary data on the regeneration and the rebranding of the Docklands. The students circulated questionnaires to local residents and employees of the Docklands, which included environmental surveys, rebranding surveys and footfalls.

The areas visited were Cubbitt Town, Millwall and Canary Wharf. All of the data collection was done with great care, accuracy and resilience, even in the rain. The students were very enthusiastic and this trip was a success. The next step for the students is to analyse this data for their A level coursework.
